Framework

Qui di seguito sono rappresentati i framework di lavoro che nel tempo ho acquisito e che ad oggi utilizzo nel mio lavoro quotidiano.

Design sprint framework

Prodcut development | Design sprints are how I enable the learn-by-doing process.

My main tasks and activities include:

Product Backlog Definition: The product backlog is a list of all desired features for the product. As a product manager, I'm responsible for prioritizing the backlog and ensuring it includes the features that are most important to customers.

Coordination with stakeholders: Work with stakeholders, such as customers, executives and other teams, to define product needs and expectations. This helps me ensure that the product backlog includes the features that are most important to these groups.

Collaboration with the development team: I work with the development team to define the activities to be carried out during the sprint and to provide feedback on the work carried out. This helps me ensure that the development team is able to deliver the desired product.

Collecting feedback: I collect feedback from customers and stakeholders throughout the development process. This feedback is used to improve the product and ensure it meets customer needs.

Reflection and continuous improvement: I reflect on the development process and identify opportunities for improvement. This helps me ensure the development process is efficient and effective.

Here are some specific tasks and activities I perform as a product manager in an agile scrum environment:

During the Sprint Planning meeting, I work with the development team to define the activities to be carried out during the sprint.

During the Daily Scrum, I meet with the development team to discuss the work done the previous day and the work that will be done the next day.

During the Sprint Review, I present the work done during the sprint to stakeholders and collect their feedback.

During the Sprint Retrospective, I work with the development team to reflect on the development process and identify opportunities for improvement.
