I use Miro as a versatile visual collaboration tool that serves to spark innovation and effectively organize the team's collective thinking. In the first brainstorming stage, Miro acts as an unlimited virtual whiteboard, where I can and we shape the initial vision of the product. I use digital post-it notes, flowcharts and mind mapping to capture and categorize ideas emerging from the team, thus facilitating a structured but free creative process. This collaborative environment allows all team members, regardless of their geographic location, to contribute in real time, ensuring that every voice is heard and every insight can be explored.
